We have a small core team on our payroll, but we also depend a lot on volunteers. Our staff are mostly local to the communities we work in, who are familiar to the people we work with. This affords us greater access and acceptance in the communities we work with.

Through our partnerships with local schools, both male and female teenaged students have had the opportunity of interning with us during their school terms and school holidays, where they have been equipped with marketable skills.
